If you would like to order a Wholesale Sampler Kit, we are now offering one to retail sellers only.  You must fill out the wholesale form and include a valid resale Tax ID Number in your inquiry in order to purchase.  If you do not include your information, we will not send a sample kit and your money will be refunded.
